We Design Green is the first online sales platform that provides sustainable and ethical furniture with transparency. We curate natural, ethical and healthy furniture created by a new generation of makers, entrepreneurs and designers who are dedicated to reducing their impact on the planet and our health.

Discovery and inspiration are our middle names. We want to help you find things you love, things that speak to you, and express your personality. You can search for things in all the usual ways (keyword search, product categories, and filters), or you can let yourself be guided by our curated finds or boutique collections. Sign up to our newsletter for a regular dose of curated inspiration.

There could be a number of reasons why you are having trouble signing into your account. There are a couple of things you can try to sign in:

  1. Make sure you are using your correct login details. Your login email is usually the email you’ve received notices from us previously.
  2. Reset your password; you can do this here by entering your login email.
  3. If the above steps do not work for you, contact us at [email protected] with your full name, address and any details of your current or previous orders.
Unfortunately we’re not able to take orders over the phone.

We offer a standard shipping price per order from each makers, enabling you to shop multiple boutiques with ease. Each maker will lovingly prepare and ship your product(s) to you directly, so you will receive your order in several deliveries.

When will my order arrive and how can I track it?

The delivery is up to every product and makers. Please refer to the product description where all details are included.

Once the product is prepared and shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your product.

Yes we do, and we are continuously adding more shipping destinations. We are currently shipping to: Germany, France, Belgium and Netherlands.

We hope that you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. Our returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt to let us know if you would like to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the item directly to the boutique for a refund.
